Are cluster nodes added with "cryosparcw connect"?

I’m installing Cryosparc 4.4.1 on a SGE cluster. I have the master node installed just fine.

I see instructions for connecting a managed worker, but it’s not clear to me if managed means a SGE node or not. Are those instructions required for SGE nodes?

We do not have login access on cluster nodes. The only access is through SGE. I can wrap up the cryosparcw connect command in a script and submit it to SGE though.

Hi,

There is a separate process for connecting scheduler-managed resources. It involves generating and formatting a set of integration script templates and then registering the cluster using the command cryosparcm cluster connect.

Thanks, @leetleyang. Yes, I was aware of cryosparcm cluster connect, but after reading the docs are they are worded today, it wasn’t obvious to me if there was a prerequisite.
