Aligning volumes obtained from external tools

Hi,

I want to align volumes obtained from another software and I want to compare it with cryosparc reconstruction using FSC. When I load the volumes and run align3D I get the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "/cryosparc/cryosparc_worker/cryosparc_compute/jobs/runcommon.py", line 1213, in check_default_inputs
assert False, 'Non-optional inputs from the following input groups and their slots are not connected: ' + missing_inputs + '. Please connect all required inputs.'
AssertionError: Non-optional inputs from the following input groups and their slots are not connected: map_reference.map. Please connect all required inputs.

@vi1 The output from from the upstream (Import?) job may lack the map slot. In this case, you may override the required Reference Map map input slot of the Align 3D Maps job with a suitable slot from the upstream job’s output.
If this approach does not apply to your case, please can you post a screen shot of the failed align3D job’s expanded Reference Map Inputs section (with Show slots enabled), like:
