After upgrading CryoSparc (4.4.1), I am unable to view jobs (it remains in a loading state), and I cannot create new projects either (also stuck in a loading state).

Accessing the UI via a URL like
http://192.168.11.38:39000 may lead to disruptions of the user experience.
You could try opening an ssh tunnel to your CryoSPARC server with a command like
ssh -L 62222:localhost:39000 username@192.168.11.38
If you do not have ssh access to the CryoSPARC server itself but have access to an ssh server on the same network, you can try
ssh -L 62222:192.168.11.38:39000 username@your_ssh_server
and in either case, access the by pointing your browser to
http://localhost:62222

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I have tried all your suggestions, and I have installed a browser on the server to operate CryoSPARC directly on the server itself, but all attempts have ended in failure. Do I need to reinstall CryoSPARC? Will the previous data be displayed in the newly installed CryoSPARC?
@willi7758521 Please help us investigate this problem by recording Network Output as described in the guide. While recording, please reload and navigate the user interface. Please ensure that the user interface exhibits the problems you described during the recording.
