I upgraded CryoSPARC from 4.6.2 to 4.7. Then I cloned a Patch Motion Correction job (J36) that was previously run. When I run the cloned job (J37), it fails immediately with this error:
Job directory /scratch/gpfs/mcahn/cryosparc-tutorial-v4/CS-t20s-tutorial/J37 is not empty, found: /scratch/gpfs/mcahn/cryosparc-tutorial-v4/CS-t20s-tutorial/J37/queue_sub_script.sh
If I repeat the process (clone J37 to J38) I get the same error with the next job (J38). Building a new Patch Motion Correction job (J39) works fine.
In order make sure the error was in the current logs, I cloned a Patch Motion Correction job (run on version 4.7) and ran it again, and did not get the error. So I cloned an earlier job (run on version 4.6.2) and ran that, and still did not get the error. I don’t know why this is. I’ll email the logs in case you want to see them.
