I am wondering whether I can somehow extract the particles belonging to a certain substrate and refine them separately. And further, the tutorial mentions the reconstruction of energy landscapes. I would really like to see how your algorithm compares to other approaches. But I would need the assigned linear factors in some form. Is that possible to extract them somehow?
