4.6 Refinement output volume is a single slice

I recently upgraded to 4.6 and ran 2 Homogenous Refinement jobs and when I download the output volume, it appears to only be a single slice of the volume dimensions 700 700 1

I tried to open on Chimera 1.18 and ChimeraX 1.8
Outputs from jobs run this morning just prior to update open just fine

Job was run with default parameters and input particles/volume was from a previous Homogenous refinement job with same dimensions

Please can you, for one of the Homogeneous Refinement jobs,

  • email us the job report
  • post a detailed file listing of the job directory, using a command like:
    find /path/to/project_dir/JX -ls
  • describe how you downloaded the output volume
  • share privately with the CryoSPARC developers the volume output file

Sorry. The volumes are in fact complete. These are simply larger volumes then I have refined previously (700px box size) and apparently only initially load the single slice in chimera which I have never seen before. Sorry for the confusion
