I’m getting this error from 3DVar. The particles were refined in C3 with new homogeneous refinement, then symmetry expanded.

Is this all default params (and latest version)?
Can you try increasing the “Lambda” parameter to say 0.2 ?
I think I accidentally swapped the filter and high-pass resolutions, I’m running it again now.
Update It was my mistake, apologies. It’s working now.
