3DFlex installation -- GPU needed?

I need to run a 3DFlex installation. The instructions say that this must be done on a node with a GPU and with an Internet connection. On our cluster, the head nodes have Internet, but no GPU’s. And the worker nodes have GPU’s, but no Internet. Is there a way around this?

I tried the installation on a head node (no GPU), but it failed to build pycuda.

Once you update to CryoSPARC v4.1.1, you should be able to install 3dFlex dependencies on a node with internet access even if the node does not have a GPU.
