3D classification maximum number of classes

Hi,

We recently updated our CryoSPARC to version 5 and now there is an arbitrary limit of 100 classes for 3D classification (see error shown in Fig. below). Is there any reason for this? I have had datasets where It was beneficial to use more classes (120), which was allowed in previous versions.
If there is no particular reason, I do not see the benefit of limiting the options.

Agreed! I haven’t needed to use >100 yet, but I have needed to use 80, and would certainly like to keep the option to experiment with large class numbers (particularly in the context of large datasets, high order pseudosymmetry, etc)
