Hi,

I had a question related to class similarity option in 3D classification tool.
Does the class similarity value relate to similarity within the mask provided or the entire reconstruction?

Hi @ss4858,

The class similarity applies to the region within the solvent and/or focus mask. Please see this comment or the 3D classification guide page for more details about how we apply these two masks within classification. The similarity applies to ‘V_k’ on the left side of the equation listed there.
