Hi,
When 3D classification is run without calculating a solvent mask from the consensus, and no masks are provided, the default behavior is to use a spherical mask matched to the size of the box.
It would be useful to be able to adjust the radius of this mask - spherical masks can be useful, e.g. for classifying the inside of a capsid, and this would be a quick and convenient way to create such a mask.
