There’s a small bug when “reorder classes by size” is selected in the newer version. While the maps are being re-ordered, the particles seem not to.
Hi @stavros – thanks for reporting this! We’ve reproduced this behaviour (indeed a bug) and will have a fix in an upcoming release.

CryoSPARC v5.0.2 has been released where 3D Classification now correctly orders particle outputs when Reorder classes by size is turned on.
