Hello,
i just had a 20+ million particles job and did 2D select. When suddenly cryosparc got little unresponsive i checked the server and saw it was running out of RAM (64GB). (Some nested lists or smth?)
Using 4.0.3.
Could we get to chose a lane for that job type too? Then i could just use a compute node with more memory. In general outputting and checking results gets really slow with that many particles.
cheers
Kilian
Edit1: Following up on this, i just found that you can choose a lane for particle set tools job but it still runs on the master? And it also uses a lot of RAM
