I am using the tutorial for v2
The first step in Template-based ptcls picking is 2D classsification. It has only one input: ;particles’ which are output from the previously completed manual picking.

I do not get any error when I submit this job. But it stays QUEUED indefifntiely and never progress to Waiting mode.

Hi @irinas,

Is it possible if you can go to the resource manager tab (found at the bottom of the interface), and send us a screenshot of the queue? Also, can you provide logs of command_core: cryosparcm log command_core
