Why am I unable to import these .tiff files?

Hi,

I don’t understand this error! For context, I am practicing data processing using cryoSPARC and have been working with a practice dataset that I downloaded from EMPIAR (EMPIAR-11012 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 70S ribosome initiation complex bound to compact IF2).

Hi @MNSP,

Looking at the error message: "Invalid path specified:...",
I’d check the tiff files path again. Make sure you are including the tiff files with wildcard characters after the movies directory path e.g. /srv/data3/cryosparc_user/CryoEM_DATA/Test_EMPIAR11012/*tif

Thank you so much! I did not realize that we have to manually type the wildcard characters! I will try this out. I had another question, when my jobs fail, is there a way to retrieve information about why it failed?

No problem!

Most error messages will be in Event Log when jobs fail. More information under the hood can be viewed in Metadata > Log
