DeepEMhancer ran without any error meaaages, but the results were incorrect. A red window appeared, and there was any no density map generated.
First, download and check that the half maps are OK (i.e.; that they look like the final map).
Then rerun DeepEMhancer. I’ve had it freak a couple of times in the past and output nonsense. Never been able to work out why.
