Hello, we have changed the master node for some reasons. All our previous data including software, database and project are in a GPFS shared storage, so I only modified ‘CRYOSPARC_MASTER_HOSTNAME’ in cryosparc2_master/config.sh. Do you need to do other operations, such as ‘cryosparcm fixdbport’?
If you haven’t changed the CRYOSPARC_BASE_PORT and the CryoSPARC port range is accessible on the new master host, no steps in addition to CRYOSPARC_MASTER_HOSTNAME should be required. Have you tried
cryosparcm start?
