WARP .mrc averages import into cryoSPARC live session

Hey,

I am planing to use cryoSPARC live during future data collections. However, due to space limitations on our servers I would prefer to use the motion corrected WARP averages and directly import them into CS live. Is there any way that I can import them and just “skip” the motion correction in CS live?

@OleUns We do not currently have plans to support import single frame micrographs in Live, as Live depends on the metadata produced by motion correction within CryoSPARC.
