Volume alignment utilities - center on mask?

Hi,

Thank you for adding Volume alignment utilities, this seems like a great and very flexible tool! As a possible improvement, would it be possible to add an option to automatically get the coordinates for recentering from the center of mass of the provided mask?

This option is present in local refinement, and I think a common workflow will probably be local refinement --> recenter with volume alignment utilities --> local refinement (e.g. with local symmetry).

Added to the tracker, this definitely makes sense! It’s meant to help out in exactly that workflow, so any information that can be calculated/displayed to make it easier is welcome :slight_smile:
