Virtual GPU (cryptic title?)

Hi,

I know that the title might be a tiny bit confusing, but is there a way for cryosparc to run >1 job per GPU? With the GTX 3090s and their 24GB RAM, I was wondering whether there is any chance for that card being treated as an equivalent to 2x2080Ti? (The assumption on my side is that probably not, but putting it out there to check if maybe?) (also, I know that the current version of cryosparc does not support CUDA 11 and thus 3090…).

Hi @jparmache_psu,

You can run more than one job on a GPU (given you have enough CPU and RAM) by queuing jobs to a GPU directly:

By default, the cryoSPARC scheduler doesn’t allow for more than one job to be scheduled on a GPU, but you can get around that using this method.
Also, CUDA 11 support is coming very soon!
