Viewing results and making images for publications

Hello, I am new to cryosparc. I completed the tutorial and I am working through my nanodisc dataset. Is there a way to view motion corrected micrographs and modify them such as low-pass filtering and binning to generate images for publications? Thank you.

Hi @SaifH, the easiest way to do this is to use the “Inspect Particle Picks” job, where you can select and view a given micrograph, and use the low-pass-filter slider to apply a desired low pass filter. You can also turn on or off the view of particles picks superimposed on top in case you want to show these in a figure.
Once you like the image that is displayed, you can right click and “save” the image, or take a screenshot.
