We currently encountered a problem during our analysis. We have a few independent cryoSPARC instances (master/worker on a single machine) with each 20 to 40 TB of storage. On some machines, due to new em acquisitions, we’ll reach the HDD limit soon during analysis.
In our research group, we have two windows servers for the storage of the raw micrographs. Is it also possible to move some of the data (e.g., the folders of “extract micrographs” - which are the biggest folders) to a remote (windows) storage server?
