Use existing picks to mask micrographs [feature request]

Hi,

I would like the ability in cryoSPARC template picking to use an existing set of particle picks (combined with a distance threshold) to mask micrographs for a second round of picking.

This would be useful in the cases where one has a heterogeneous mix of particles of different sizes (e.g. in a “structural proteomics” type experiment), where after picking and classifying the primary component one might want to go back and analyze other components of the mixture.

This would also be useful for doing a second round of picking to combine with the first set, after one has a confirmed set of good particles obtained by classification, in order to catch those good particles that were perhaps mistakently discarded during classification - perhaps because they were mis-centered in the initial pick because they were too close to another particle, or for any number of other reasons.

Sort of related - it would also be useful to have a tool in cryosparc to either (A) remove or (B) merge duplicates from two input particle sets, with a distance threshold to control whether nearby particles are considered duplicates.
