Unable to import movies

Hi all,
This may be a very simple issue, but I am unable to import movies. I repeatedly get the following error, as shown in the snapshot. I initially though one of the issue might be due disk space so I freed up some of the disk space and cleared the cache. I am not sure what else I can do to get this job working, and I don’t have anyone in my lab to help me with it.
Any help from you will be appreciated.

@skumarb1 The [errno 122] Disk quota exceeded message still indicates insufficient storage space. You may want to contact the person who is responsible for the storage mounted under /scratch4/jspangl4/.
What is the output oft the command
df -Th /scratch4/jspangl4/ ?

df -Th /scratch4/jspangl4/
Filesystem Type Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
scratch4 gpfs 2.0P 1.4P 539T 73% /scratch4

this is the output

Thanks skumarb1. The admin of the /scratch4 storage may have configured a usage cap. You may want to ask the admin for help.

Hi @wtempel ,
Apologies for reaching out again with what might seem like a trivial issue, but I’m still trying to make sense of the current situation with my storage quota and CryoSPARC usage.

According to the admin, my assigned quota is 1 TB (as shown in the attached screenshot). However, I was somehow able to use up to 62 TB initially, which is quite puzzling. I would appreciate any clarification on how this could have happened, or how CryoSPARC operates under such quota constraints.

Following the admin’s advice, I’ve deleted data from previous jobs that I no longer need, reducing my usage to approximately 45 TB. Unfortunately, my CryoSPARC jobs continue to fail, and I have not been able to get further insights from the admin despite multiple pestering attempts on my behalf.

At this point, I’m uncertain how to proceed. While we are considering acquiring additional storage, we would prefer to understand the underlying issue before moving forward.

Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Why you were able to use more storage than the assigned quota might be another question for the storage admin. A possible explanation might be that the quota was reduced after the storage was already used.
