Turn off Low Pass Filtering

Hi all,

I am trying to conduct experiments on the different methods of processing images and how features affect them. I noticed in the blob and template picker that low-pass filtering is on by default and does not like to be set below 4 angstroms, are there any ways to turn this off either in software or in code?

Thanks!

I just want to make sure you are aware of the “Einstein from noise” issue, and the controversy that highlighted it?

Don’t worry I am aware! I’m trying to turn it off to test other methods on the cryosparc python api so I could get as clean a result as possible from the methods tested instead of the filtering applied.

If it’s not possible then I’ll just make it consistent over all results and live with it I guess LOL
