Truncation of helical parameters

The log of ‘Helical refinement’ job seems to truncate symmetry parameters to only three decimal digits, no matter what has been provided. For instance, it truncated the provided twist “12.35294” to the “12.353”. Is this just in log or in reality too?

Thanks for your question; this is just in the log. The full twist and rise are written the output cs file of the volume dataset in the symmetry/helical_rise_A and symmetry/helical_twist (in radians). You can find out more information about how to read cs files via CryoSPARC Tools, as well as the file format here.
