Topaz training radius refers to pre- or post-downsampling?

Hi,

With regards to Topaz Train in cryoSPARC; does the training radius in pixels pertain to what it would be before or after applying downsampling?

Hi Taha,

My understanding is that it refers to downsampled pixels (so training radius of 7 pixels with a initial downsampling of 4x would be 28 pixels on the original micrographs)
