Topaz train job fails with 'MICROGRAPH PATHS EXCLUDED FOR LEGIBILITY'

Hi all,
Topaz train job is not considering the micrographs path provided. It shows 'MICROGRAPH PATHS EXCLUDED FOR LEGIBILITY ’ during pre-processing step. Any idea what might be going wrong? I attached screenshot below. Thanks a lot!

Are you referring to the Absolute path of directory containing preprocessed directory parameter?

No. I didn’t give any absolute path. I just gave particles and micrographs as input.

Thanks @Jahnavi. Does Topaz Training succeed with a smaller subset of the exposures and particles, as described in Topaz train error with the version 4.5.3 - #5 by kitaeque?

I also tried with smaller subset of 100 and 20 micrographs but still the same error. Thanks for any inputs you may have.

It seems the version of Topaz I used caused the problem. With version 0.2.5_cu11 and less than 20k micrographs it worked:) Thankyou
