Topaz Train Epoch Graph

Dear Cryosparc Community,

I have a doubt regarding my topaz train graph which looks like this -

I used the parameter: Number of expected particles = 100.
Number of particles used for training = 3890
Number of Micrographs = 2500

Do you think this is normal or should I change something?

Hi Priyanka,

In general, if the average precision vs epochs plot shows an increase over epochs, then it’s training as expected. If that’s OK, then extract with a reasonable particle radius and see if you have good 2d classes.
