And what is the topaz model filename?

Hi Dmitry,
You can export a Topaz Train job, then in the file archive you will find a Topaz model (filetype .sav) in one of the directories.

@alexjamesnoble - Hello Alex, thank you for the quick answer. Perhaps I was not very precise in definitions. I assumed that cryosparc always uses the Topaz script for the particle picking. Looking into the Template picker output I see this list of files. But as you may already notice, topaz doesn’t seem to be on the list. So a) amI looking in the wrong place (folder) or b) cryosparc has its own script for particle picking?
