Topaz Inference replaced by Topaz Extract

Hi All,

The tutorials for Topaz use ‘Topaz Inference’ and that doesn’t exit in Cryosparc v3.1.0. I tried ‘Deep Picker Inference’, but I get this error:
“AssertionError: Input model is not a deep picker model.”

I assume this is for the cryosparc Deep Picker Model and not the Topaz model. Has Topaz Extract replaced Topaz Inference?

Hi Matt,

I think all versions of CryoSparc I have used from v2 to v3 only have Topaz Extract. Use this. The workflow is: [Topaz Train or Topaz Cross-Validation] >> [Topaz Extract].
