Topaz does not support .eer format?

Hi All,
I am trying to run a topaz donise training job but I got an error

AssertionError: Cant read extension .eer"
Thanks

Seems like it would be a good idea to ask on the Topaz github?

.eer files are raw movie files containing thousands of frames. They are not motion-corrected.

You need to use single-frame MRC files resulting from a motion correction job (eg. patch-motion correction job) for the Topaz picking/denoise.
