It would be nice to setup a timer for jobs or have cryosparc monitor a folder for a specific file and then run the specified job once the file appears. I specifically want to import aligned mics and run patchCTF, picking, etc after motioncor finishes. Cryosparc could check every 30 min or so for a star file and then run a queued import once it is found, or wait for pre-specified amount of time, or wait for n number of files. Any chance this is currently possible?
Almost certainly with some scripting. A colleague suggested using a utility like watchdog in conjunction with the cryosparc-tools
methods. Please update this topic if you run into any obstacles during implementation.
