Threshold for CTF fit in Patch CTF

is there a way to chose the threshold of the cross correlation fit to calculate CTF fit resolution in Patch CTF?

At the moment, no there isn’t. However, we’ve noted the request and we will try to include it in a future release.

Then according to the plots I understand that the threshold the program is using is 0.3, isn’t it?
