The transfer from 3-fold axis to 5-fold axis in CryoSPARC2

Hi,

My initial model of an icosahedrial virus is along 3-fold axis. According to a previous discussion here, CryoSPARC assigns 5-fold axis to Z-axis. Can someone tell me which axis e.g. 3-fold or 2-fold is X-axis and which is Y-axis?
