Hi, all. I wanted to know why the micrographs and particles name has a very long number at the beginning. My real particles name should be 20211001_stack*mrc.
Authority issue? Or data deposition issue?
I am not sure about it. It may be related how cryosparc maps the micrograph and particle stack using hash table. You can use script to change the name or make soft links if you need.
