May I check whether any cryoEM raw data files (tiff or mrc files) of tetrahymena rybozyme (originally solved to 3.1 A) is available to download from EMPAIR or any other sites (we have the work station to downland and process the data)? We wanted to downland the data for practice and reproduce the results to gain more confidence on the workflow also to learn modelling and refinement in depth using various softwares like phenix, coot, chemira and many. I will greatly appreciate any inputs for the data availability also how to access it.
