Hi,

The description of the “Symmetry” parameter does not mention tetrahedral (T):

Symmetry enforced (C, D, I, O). Eg. C1, D7, C4 etc. Enforcing symmetry above C1 is not recommended for ab-initio reconstruction

However, I tested providing “T” here and it does seem to work;
so, my question is: is this symmetry group indeed implemented but just not mentioned among the possible options?

Hi Ricardo,

You are correct, the value “T” does correspond to tetrahedral symmetry and this is implemented in cryoSPARC. We will update the parameter description.
