Symmetry expansion should expand and retain all low level particle inputs

Currently, symmetry expansion only expands the “primary” particle blob. Any other particle.blob like inputs are ignored and excluded from the output.

This is normally fine (as there is usually only one particle.blob), but given that CPU-extraction and flex-data prep both create multiple particle output groups, it may be worthwhile for convenience to modify symmetry expansion to accommodate multiple output groups.
