i wonder what I should do when i import super resolution mics
should I cut my pixel size to half and any more things I should notice?
dind’t find guidance in the offical document

Yes, if using K2/K3 data saved with super resolution sampling, you should specify the SR pixel size.

If using EER data, you should specify the 4K pixel size (CryoSPARC handles the rest).

my raw pixelsize is 0.512 using K3
when i import SR mic, I should type pixelsize as 0.256, is that right? :exploding_head:

What magnification was used?

On a K3 (filtered or not) that would be a pretty high magnification if at 0.256 Angpix.

I suspect the SR pixel size is 0.512, but check with the facility where it was acquired if in doubt. :slight_smile:

I use 100,000X, because my protein is small, the 4K raw pixel size is 0.512 A/pixel
I suppose then the SR should be half of it which is 0.256 :innocent:
