I would like to use “subset by statistic” to look at how well centered particles are - how much did they move after 2D classification.
It seems like one ought to be able to do this using the “Absolute difference in 2D shift” key, using the input extracted particles as one set, and the final particle set after 2D as the second set.
However, this doesn’t work, as the initial set doesn’t have an alignments.2D slot. Is there a way to get around this?
Also it would be handy if there was an interactive way to look at the distribution of the various particle statistics, prior to clustering or setting thresholds - kind of like Curate Exposures but for particles?
