In cryosparc live 4.0.3, the options are to select 2D classes containing particles of interest, and then export them to standalone cryosparc. It would be great to have an option to quickly reextract those particles recentered with the aligned shifts from 2D prior to export. Alternatively, one has to redo the 2D, then redo the extraction, duplicating effort and data.

As a workaround inside the workspace corresponding to the CryoSPARC Live session, you may connect particles and class averages of an existing streaming 2D classification to a Select 2D job, then re-extract particles selected with Recenter using aligned shifts enabled.
