Thanks all for reporting - @ctueting, the workaround that @moskalenko posted ( Version 5 breaks Slurm scripts - #2 by wtempel ) should address the issue you are facing. We will be adding a fix so that the workaround is not necessary.
CryoSPARC v5.0 is currently released as a public beta, so all reports of any issues are very helpful as we move towards a public stable release.
