I am new to cryoSPARC on AWS. I recently deployed cryoSPARC on AWS based on the official instruction. In the end of the instruction, it mentioned that it is better to tear down the cluster after use to prevent the incurring cost. However, this will need to re-deploy before I can use, also EC2 instance IP addresses change. I am wondering whether they are other ways to “smartly” shut down cryoSPARC when I am not using it. For exampel, ssh into the master instance, and use “$ cryosparcm stop”, then stop the master instance in the aws console? Are there better and safer ways to do this? Thank you so much!
