Hi,
When in the 2D Classification tab, it would be helpful to have an option to see which classes correspond to which picks on the micrograph.
Would it be possible to add an option to filter picks by selection? So in this way, only picks corresponding to the selected class(es) would be displayed on the micrograph?
This could be helpful in deciding how generous to be in class selection for further processing.
