This return with sbatch: error: Batch job submission failed: Requested node configuration is not available
You will have to check your SLURM configuration- it currently thinks your workstations don’t have enough resources that were requested by cryoSPARC. You can see what was requested by either opening up the queue_sub_script.sh file, or by looking at the job’s overview tab in the cryoSPARC UI.
