Search job titles and descriptions?

Hi,

The job titles and descriptions are very useful for documenting the meaning, intention and context of each job.

They would be even more useful if it was possible to search/filter jobs based on a full text search of the titles/descriptions - allowing us to find jobs based on notes included in the description.
