Feature request: It would be useful to override the scheduler for 2D selection. To select quality classes prior to the final full iterations, but wait to finalize outputs until the job completes. Purely for convenience. I haven’t considered other job types that could benefit as well.

Which limiting attribute of the current implementation are you most interested in overcoming? The extended runtime of the final (full) 2D classification iteration?
Yes, it can take 1 hour to achieve 19 iterations and a clear set of correct classes, and then many hours to populate all millions of particles into those classes in a full final iteration. Since several downstream jobs rely on the result of 2D select, the long queue can’t begin until the whole 2D job is done (unless you use auto cutoffs).
