Hi there,
my disc space is filling up and I want to free some space. Thus, of puplished maps I would like to store raw-images and the corresponding cryoSPARC-Project on externel hard drive.
For that reason I archived the cryoSPARC-project and rsynced the raw-images and the archived cSPA-Project to an externel disc.
Now I have to UNarchive the project, delete it in cryoSPARC, and, in addition, remove potential remaining project files and the raw-images out side cryoSPARC.
Is this the good and save way to “backup”/store data (incl. raw-images and the coresponding cryoSPARC project) or are there more straight foreward approches?
