I’m interested in trying the new filament dendrogram feature in Relion 5. I have exported my particles from Cryosparc, converted the CS file and re-extracted the particles in Relion.
Relion 5 requires the rlnHelicalTrackLengthAngst field to run the filament dendrogram tool, but this doesn’t appear in the Star file after conversion. I noticed some previous discussions in the forum that this may correspond to ‘Position_A’ in the CS file and was perhaps going to be implemented in csparc2star.
Does anyone know if any progress was made on this or if there is an alternate way to generate this information?
